About Me

Well, what can I say about me? My name is Bekah, and I’m a Christian who deals with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Narcolepsy, and minor PTSD. I know what you’re thinking, and yes, that IS a picture of me almost licking an icicle. I did not in fact, do so, because germs are a thing. When I’m not in the throes of dealing with my health, you can find me providing childcare for 3 incredible kids and working my way through college at a pace one my consider befitting of a snail.

This blog is my attempt at simply providing information and firsthand experience. I’ve noticed that a large portion of the Body of Christ doesn’t have a lot of information or a good understanding of mental health or invisible illnesses. I want to educate people about a subject not often talked about in the Church in a way that is respectful, fun, and easily understood.

General Things I’m Obligated to Say
